Open the request ticket, then select the blue Messaging bubble ( ) at the bottom right-hand corner.

You can either type in a free response or apply a messaging template that you can edit.

Select the paper plane icon to send your message.

Your guest will immediately receive your message along with a time stamp. If a guest messages back, all messaging indicators will light up red to notify you and the guest's message can be found in the ticket.
